Lim Lao Ngow, the legend of egg noodle and bouncing fishballs, has been creating the tasty flavor for 80 years which is remarkable with unique tasty fishballs. We are keeping the commitment of our ancestors to control our taste and quality.

Our fishballs are from qualified fresh sea fish and well selected fish meat through the punctilious production process, in order to originate the gooey but crunchy “fishballs” without adding flour or any additives and contaminants. That’s why our fishballs are always in mind of our customers and the story of them is told spread widely as “Bouncing Fishballs”.

Our Egg Noodles were created from top grade flour and fresh eggs in extra proportion through the thresh flour process and pressed into flat form.  The mixture of great ingredients together with heart-made process was originated the tasty egg noodle, which is unique by gooey texture and aromatic egg scent.  Regarding to the commitment of our ancestors, we would prefer to offer something extraordinary to our customers. Hence, we created a new magnificent recipe of egg noodle by forming new ingredient and shape cutting, which offered different taste and texture:  double proportion of eggs and Hong Kong style flour, cutting in tiny flat shape.  This new combination originated more gooey and crunchy texture with extraordinary aromatic egg, which is always impressed by our customers and is considered as our “Signature Egg Noodle”. Please note that this “Signature Egg Noodle” are offered only at Lim Lao Ngow Bistro, Siam Square One and Lim Lao Ngow, Chiangmai Branch    Let’s try and you won’t be able to forget it’s taste !

The story of our tasty dish has been told spread widely and is well known. We were voted as the 1st rank of Fishball in Bangkok China Town (Yaowarach) as well as the 2nd rank of Top 10 Best Food and Restaurant in Yaowarach  (Bangkok China Town)  from 5 Maha Niyom TV Programm.  In order to be modernized and to meet the requirement of our new generation customers, who are looking for healthy and quality food, LIM LAO NGOW has rebranded to “LIM-LAO-NGOW-BISTRO”. This new store is located in the middle of Siam Square, the 5th Floor of Siam Square One Building and the 5th Floor of Central Department Store, Pinklao Branch.  As keeping the commitment of  “Quality and Tasty”, many dishes are created, which are guaranteed by “The Dish” TV Program from the Menu “Tom Klong Salmon”.

Lim Lao Ngow Bistro was ranked as 1 of the 3rd Best Yen Ta Fo of Thailand from TrueYou TV Program and Chuan Chim Kab Shell from Ture4 U TV Channel.  Recently, Lim Lao Ngow, Yaowarach (China Town), our original branch, were awarded  “Bib Gourmand” from Michaelin Guide Bangkok.  Our original dish is ready to serve at all branches.
